The river Adur flows alongside the Ropetackle development and a 5-minute walk across the footbridge takes you to the beautiful unspoiled Shoreham Beach with Brighton coastline to your left and Worthing to your right. The city of Brighton and Hove is only a 15min-car ride away.

The apartment itself is on two floors, the top floor boasts beautifully finished master bedroom with stylish en-suite, the main bathroom, 2nd double bedroom and the 3rd single room with views over the South Downs.

The floor below houses the large kitchen with breakfast dining area as well as the L shaped dining/living room. Complete with modern glass 6 seated dining table and mood lighting, this provides the perfect setting for eating in.





The living area features 42” plasma screen TV with plush corner sofa from which to enjoy.



Double doors open out onto a superb sun terrace which has been designed to accommodate Al'fresco dining, BBQ’s in the sun of just relaxing reading a book with a glass of wine.
