Brighton

Brighton is situated on the south coast of England, approximately 50 miles south of London, in the beautiful county of Sussex. It is often referred to as 'London by the sea' as it has a cosmopolitan, vibrant atmosphere and so much to offer visitors throughout the year.

With excellent shopping and trendy cafe's coupled with a host of restaurants, bars and nightclubs you cant fail to find something to suit your tastes.

Brighton & Hove boasts some of the finest Regency architecture in England. Ever since George IV visited in 1783 and decided to stay, Regency heritage has underpinned the look and feel of the city.

The Royal Pavilion
Experience the magical world of Brighton's Royal Pavilion, home to three British monarchs. Decorated in the Chinese taste with an Indian exterior this Regency Palace is quite breathtaking. The famous sea-side residence was built for King George IV, and was also used by his brother William IV and their niece Queen Victoria.



Brighton Pier
The Palace Pier at Brighton was built from 1891 to 1899 and rates as one of Britain’s most popular tourist attractions, attracting over 2 million visitors a year. The Pier has numerous attractions including arcades, rides, funfair, restaurants, bars, bingo hall and a night-club. At 1,722 ft long and acknowledged as the finest pier ever built, Brighton Pier now offers all the swagger and style of tradition balanced with the pace and excitement of today.



Brighton Marina
One of the city's hottest lifestyle destinations, Brighton Marina has dreamboat yachts, outlet shopping, sailing, 8-screen cinema, fitness suite, 26-lane bowling, a casino and numerous quayside bars, restaurants and cafes plus boat trips.



The South Lanes
Brighton South Lanes' were once the centre of the old fishing town, Brighthelmstone. The famous Lanes offer you lots of history, with their traditional narrow pebbled streets and winding alleys, full of antique shops, jewelers and designer clothe shops.



The North Laine

The bohemian North Laine running up towards Brighton station gave birth to the first ever Body Shop and it is still a great example of small business start-ups; full of stylish and vintage clothes shops, one-off emporiums and ethnic delights.
